Ingredients For nana ts stuffed chicken breast

    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 c
    baby spinach
  • 1 c
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 c
    feta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    cardamon, ground
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs

How To Make nana ts stuffed chicken breast

    preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2
    slice chicken breasts lengthwise
  • 3
    tear up kale and spinach mix all ingredients except panko and yogurt in a separate bowl and place a good handful on one side of the chicken breast then fold the other half over
  • 4
    use a spoon and coat the chicken breast with yogurt and and lightly coat with panko
  • 5
    bake for 40-45 mins until chicken is done....remove from oven let sit 5 mins and serve
