Nacho chicken is a family favorite around here and when the kids and grandkids all come over to eat there are 15 of us so this is very easy to make and it bakes in the oven so I don't have to stand over it while it is cooking. I always have to make more than what the recipe calls for but it is no problem to double or triple the recipe.

Ingredients For nacho chicken

  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried italian seasoning
  • 2
    boneless chicken breast
  • 3/4 c
    crushed nacho cheese-flavored chips
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine, melted

How To Make nacho chicken

  • 1
    Combine first 3 ingredients; spread on both sides of chicken. Dredge chicken in crushed chips. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet or jelly role pan. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
