This is my version of chicken Pad Thai. Sweet, salty with a bit of spice.

Ingredients For my spin on chicken pad thai

  • SAUCE
  • 4 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 8 clove
    garlic minced
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • 2 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch
    green onions chopped
  • 2 sm
    limes juiced
  • 1 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make my spin on chicken pad thai

    Mix the ingredients for sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package instructions drain and set aside. Add the peanut oil to a large wok or skillet. Place the chicken int he pan and brown on all sides. Add the garlic and cook 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and cook 3 minutes. Add the noddles. Stir and cook 2 minutes.

    Add the bean sprouts and green onions. Cook 1 minute.Add the lime juice. Serve topped with cilantro and chopped pecans.
