Ingredients For my own fried chicken

  • 1 pkg
    chicken (about 3 pounds or so)
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    season salt
  • 1/4 c
    garlic powder
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • vegetable oil

How To Make my own fried chicken

    Cut chicken up to size desired. In medium bowl mix flour, season salt, and garlic salt. In separate bowl, mix eggs and milk. Heat oil in pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat in flour mixture and fry until golden brown!
