This was one of my favorite casseroles to make. And of course, I would use left over turkey for it after Thanksgiving!

Ingredients For my favorite chicken tetrazzini

2 csliced mushrooms

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 cflour
-
2 cchicken broth
-
1/4 clight cream
-
1 Tbspparsley
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspto 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (to your taste)

1/4 tsppepper
-
3 Tbspdry white wine, optional
-
3 ccubed cooked chicken
-
18 oz box spaghetti, cooked & drained

3/4 cparmesan cheese
-
additional parsley if wanted
How To Make my favorite chicken tetrazzini

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2In large skillet, cook mushrooms until tender; stir in flour & gradually add the broth.

3Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to boil. Remove; stir in cream, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper and the wine (if using).

4Turn into a a greased 12x8 baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan.

5Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or til heated through. Garnish with additional parsley, if wanted.
