Ingredients For moo shu chicken
- FOR SAUCE

1/2 cgarlic chili sauce

1/2 cwater
-
4 tspsesame oil

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspcorn starch
- FOR FILLING

2 c3 large cloves garlic, minced
-
2 Tbsppeanut oil
-
1 pkgcole slaw mix, with or without carrots
-
1/2 canbamboo shoots, julienned
-
3green onions, sliced
-
1 lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of all visible fat
-
6 (street taco size) tortillas, or butternut lettuce leaves.

How To Make moo shu chicken

1Mix together sauce ingredients and cook over high heat in a small sauce pan until thickened.

2Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add chicken chicken. Cook until done.

3Add in cabbage, sliced green onions, garlic and bamboo shoots and 1/2 of sauce. Cook until softened.

4Spoon chicken mixture down the center of tortillas or lettuce leaves.

5Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with more sauce for dipping.
