2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tspsalt.

8good sized chicken thighs, skinned

1onion, chopped.

214 oz cans cannellini beans, drained.

128 oz can diced tomatoes, juice reserved.

2 Tbsptomato paste, italian

1 Tbspdried tarragon

2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make moms pantry chicken.

1In a 6-quart pot over medium heat, sprinkle chicken w/ salt and cook in pot for 20 min, turning occasionally. Add onion, saute 2 mins. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 min, or until chicken is cooked through.
