My mom came up with this simple and quick casserole. It's been a family favorite for years!

Ingredients For mom's chicken casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    milk (plus a couple tablespoons)
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    cooked, deboned, cut up chicken
  • 1 can
    mushroom slices
  • 2 c
    uncooked macaroni

How To Make mom's chicken casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.

    Cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until macaroni is cooked.

    If desired, top with additional shredded cheddar cheese 10 minutes before its done.
