2 1/2 cfrozen mixed vegetables

1/2 conion, chopped

1 stickbutter, divided

1/3 cflour
-
1/2 tspsage leaves, fresh

salt & pepper, to taste

2 cchicken broth, low salt
-
3/4 cmilk
-
3 cchicken, boneless, skinless, cooked & diced

1 - 14 oz. cansliced potatoes, drained & quartered (you got me on this one)

2 cseasoned stuffing cubed
How To Make *** mom's chicken casserole #2 ***

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2Saute vegetables & onion in 1/2 stick butter. Stir in flour, sage, salt, pepper, broth & milk; cook until thick.

3In greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish, add chicken, potatoes & vegetable mixture. Pour remaining melted butter over all. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
