I dont know where my mom got this recipe from but this is how she made this when I was growing up.

Ingredients For moms chicken and rice casserole

1 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli

1 1/2 crice

2 ccooked chicken
-
1/2 tspcurry powder

1 cshredded cheddar cheese (or any type you like)

1 cansliced mushrooms (small)

1 cancream of celery soup (or you can use 1 cup of hellmans mayo)

1 cancream of mushroom soup

2 tspyellow mustard
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make moms chicken and rice casserole

1Cook rice according to package. Add broccoli to your rice right before the rice is done.

2Except for the parmesan cheese, mix all the other ingredients together and put into a 9x13 baking dish.

3Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
