I love pecans, so I was wondering how chicken rolled in pecans would taste..they taste moist and fabulous!

Ingredients For moist pecan chicken

1egg, lightly beaten

1 cground or coarsely chopped pecans

3/4 cbread crumbs

2 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 cflour
-
8boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cmelted butter
-
1 cbuttermilk
-
1/4 cchopped pecans
How To Make moist pecan chicken

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow dish or bowl, combine buttermilk and egg. In another shallow dish, combine 1 cup pecans, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

2Place flour in another shallow dish. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in buttermilk mix, then roll in pecans to coat evenly.

3Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ remaining ecans. Bake, uncovered about 20 mins, or until juices run clear.
