Ingredients For mini chicken salad croissants

1/3 csour cream

1/3 cmayonnaise

4 tsplemon juice

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

3 ccooked chicken, cubed

4celery ribs, thinly sliced

1 cfresh mushrooms, chopped (optional)

1/4 cgreen pepper, chopped

1/4 cred pepper, chopped
-
4bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
-
1/2 cchopped pecans, toasted

20lettuce leaves
-
20mini croissants, split
How To Make mini chicken salad croissants

1In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

2In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, and peppers. Stir sour cream mixture into chicken mixture until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

3Just before serving, stir in bacon and pecans. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken salad onto each lettuce-lined croissant.
