Easy to make easy to freeze. One of my girlfriends passed this to me. Its great to save for a later date.

Ingredients For mini chicken pot pie

1 canmixed vegetables drained

1 cancream of potato soup
-
1/4 cmilk/soy
-
pinchsalt and pepper

3chicken breast cooked diced

2 canpillsburry biscuits (10 ct)
How To Make mini chicken pot pie

1Preheat oven 400F

2Grease muffin pan
-
3Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl

4Flatten 1 biscuit with palms of hands think like a pie crust and mold into bottom of the muffin pan

5Add about 1Tbsp of mixture or desired amount into middle

6Take another biscuit and flatten, place on top and pinch sides together

7Repeat with rest of biscuits and mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
