Ingredients For mini chicken pot pie

  • 1 can
    mixed vegetables drained
  • 1 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk/soy
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 3
    chicken breast cooked diced
  • 2 can
    pillsburry biscuits (10 ct)

How To Make mini chicken pot pie

    Preheat oven 400F
  • 2
    Grease muffin pan
  • 3
    Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl
  • 4
    Flatten 1 biscuit with palms of hands think like a pie crust and mold into bottom of the muffin pan

    Add about 1Tbsp of mixture or desired amount into middle
  • 6
    Take another biscuit and flatten, place on top and pinch sides together
  • 7
    Repeat with rest of biscuits and mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
