wasnt to fond of artichoke until I tried this, got the recipe from Eating Thin for Life I normally double this so I can use the whole pack of soup mix

Ingredients For middle east chicken

1 lbchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

14 oztomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

2 1/4 cchicken broth

2 Tbspdry onion soup mix, about half an envalope

2 Tbsptomato paste

14 ozartichoke hearts, canned

1/2 cblack olives, sliced

1/4 tspallspice, ground

1/4 tspcinnamon
How To Make middle east chicken

1cut chicken into pieces, spray large fry pan with cooking spray, add chicken and saute over medium-high heat till brown

2stir in tomatoes, broth, soup mix and tomato paste. bring to a biol, reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes

3add rest of ingredients and simmer for another 5 minutes
