2chicken breasts, whole

1/3 cflour

1/3 tspgarlic powder

1/3 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspchili powder

3 Tbspoil

1/4 csalsa
-
4 ozmonterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make mexican salsa chicken

1Pound chicken 1/4 inch thick.

2In shallow dish combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder.

3Coat chicken with flour mixture.

4Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

5Cook in oil 3-4 minutes each side until lightly browned and no longer pink.

6Reduce heat, spoon 1 tablespoon of salsa onto center of each piece of chicken.

7Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese melts.

8Serve with additional salsa.

9Makes 4 servings.

10Rice makes a nice addition to this.
