mexican "gumbo"

I know that gumbo is supposed to have okra, but the name is based on a naked burrito by Qdoba. The jalepeno slices are supposed to be a substitute for the okra.

    brown or basmati rice

    chilipote in adobo sauce chopped

    sliced jalepenos in a jar

    liquid sweetener (such as agave nectar, maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp
    mexican oregano or 2 tsp. oregano

    smoked paprika

    cinnamon

    boneless, skinless chicken thighs

How To Make mexican "gumbo"
