I know that gumbo is supposed to have okra, but the name is based on a naked burrito by Qdoba. The jalepeno slices are supposed to be a substitute for the okra.

18 oz. can tomato sauce

11 tb. tomato paste

1 cbrown or basmati rice

1chilipote in adobo sauce chopped

1 Tbspliquid sweetener (such as agave nectar, maple syrup)

1 tspmexican oregano or 2 tsp. oregano

How To Make mexican "gumbo"

1Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 10-12 hours on low.
