Ingredients For mexican chicken pie

  • veg. oil cooking spray
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 c
    salsa (mild or med)
  • 1
    whole roasted chicken (boned & chopp) about 4 cups
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    onion chives (optional)

How To Make mexican chicken pie

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 by-9-inch pan with the cooking spray.

    in a large bowl stir together 4 kinds of soup and salsa. Stir in chicken.

    Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning and ending with tortillas,sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 min.Top with onions (optional)
