After much searching, I think I finally found a Mexican casserole that is really quick and yummy!!!

Ingredients For mexican chicken casserole

1-1 1/2 lbboneless chicken breast (shred into pieces)

1 cchicken broth
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 canrotel
-
1 lbvelveeta cheese
-
1 mdonion minced
-
3/4bag of regular cheese doritos
How To Make mexican chicken casserole

1In sauce pan, mix broth, soups, rotel and velveeta together until melted consistently.

2In baking dish, spray with cooking spray, layer Doritos, chicken shreds and minced onion. Pour half mixture from sauce pan and then repeat.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
