Ingredients For mexican chicken casserole

1 lgcan of cream of chicken soup
-
16 ozsour cream
-
1 small cangreen chiles chopped
-
1 smonion chopped and sauted in butter till brown
-
16 ozcheddar cheese
-
2 lbchicken tenders, boiled till tender,then shredded
-
1 cinstant rice
-
taco seasoning mix
-
1 pkgdoritos
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mexican chicken casserole

1Preheat oven to 350* Boil chicken tenders in half of taco mix...this gives the chicken some flavor while boiling.. then shred. Saute your onions in the butter till Brown. Cook minute rice and add the other half of taco seasoning mix. Mix together: Soup, sour cream, chiles, cooked onions, salt and pepper, cooked rice, cooked chicken, and 8 oz of cheddar cheese.

2Layer half bag of Doritos, crushed in a 9x13 pan. Then add the mixture on top of that. Then layer with more crushed Doritos and the rest of the Cheddar Cheese.. bake until brown and bubbly..approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy!!
