Ingredients For mexican chicken and tortilla soup

  • 1-lb. chicken breast, browned.
  • 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1 (10oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10oz.) can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (11oz.) can mexican corn
  • 1 sm. can green chilies
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp. cumin (opt.)
  • 2-3 c. shredded cheddar/mexican or jalapeno cheese

How To Make mexican chicken and tortilla soup

    Combine all Ingredients in a Large Bowl, Mix well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook til heated through. Serve with tortilla chips whole or crushed in soup~
