1chicken, boned

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 lgonion, chopped

10 ozcheese, grated

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cchicken broth

1 pkgtortillas

1 canrotel tomatoes
How To Make mexican chicken (aka: roadrunner stew)

1Cook onions in butter. Add soups and tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes.

2In a 9x13" pan or baking dish place a layer of tortillas, a layer of cooked chicken and half the liquid. Repeat layers and top with grated cheese.

3Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
