This is a fast but delicious meal. Add some yellow rice and black beans and you are all set. The chicken always comes out tender. Use a spicy salsa or what ever is your favorite.

Ingredients For mexican chicken

  • 1 lb
    4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 jar
    15 oz jar of salsa
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, gated

How To Make mexican chicken

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Put your chicken breast in a casserole and cover with salsa and tin foil. Bake for 30 minutes

    Remove tin foil and bake an additional 30 minutes,
  • 3
    Remove from oven sprinkle cheese on top of chicken and bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
