Ingredients For mexican casserole

  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lg
    chicken breasts, browned and chopped
  • 1
    small can diced green chilies
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • dash pepper
  • 10
    6 inch flour tortillas
  • 3 c
    shredded taco cheese or mexican blend cheese

How To Make mexican casserole

  • 1
    Combine soup, chicken, pepper, chilies, onion and sour cream in pan until bubbly.
  • 2
    Spread some of chicken mixture on the bottom of 9x13 pan, then spoon rest of mixture in flour tortillas and roll up. Place in pan and cover with cheese.

    Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
