Ingredients For mert's sour cream chicken enchiladas

1 pkgcorn tortillas

2 cancream of chicken soup
-
3 csour cream
-
2 can(4 oz) chopped green chiles

4chopped scallions
-
1 cchopped black olives
-
3 cchopped cooked chicken

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 cgrated monterey jack cheese
How To Make mert's sour cream chicken enchiladas

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheeses. In another bowl, mix the two cheeses. Lay a tortilla flat on a surface. Spoon a large spoonful of chicken mixture onto tortilla. Top with a spoonful of cheese. Roll up and place (seam side down) into a casserole dish. Repeat till casserole is full. You will have remaining meat mixture. Pour over tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees or till bubbly and cheese is melted.
