The name "Melissa's Casserole" stuck. I got this recipe from my sister who's name is Melissa. It is very tasty and creamy! Great to eat over rice or alone! My children all request Auntie Melissa's Casserole all the time and even ask her to make it when she is here in San Francisco visiting! :)

Ingredients For melissa's casserole

5boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast

1 pkglarge frozen bag broccoli cuts

1 cmayo

1 canlarge campbells cream mushroom soup

1 ccheddar cheese (grated)

1 pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make melissa's casserole

1Boil chicken in water until done. chop chicken in pieces and put in 13 x 9 pan pour frozen broccoli over the chicken In a med. size bowl; mix cheese, mayo, soup, salt and pepper to taste. spread mix over the broccoli. (creating layer after layer) cover with foil bake 45 mins. 350 degrees sprinkle cheese on top of mix and bake for another 15 mins (uncovered)
