The real title is Easy Pleasing Meatloaf. And it is just that - SO EASY, 4 ingredients (not counting the water) and SO PLEASING. Of course, I cannot take credit for it....got it out of a 4 Ingredient Cookbook. I had just bought the cookbook for myself and a young friend told me she was just learning to cook. How perfect! So got her a copy too. You will love it!

Ingredients For meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef, or turkey
  • 1 pkg
    (6 1/4 oz) stuffing mix
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup, divided, (i use about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 c
    water, (i use about 1/2)

How To Make meatloaf

  • 1
    PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. MIX water and all other ingredients, except 1/4 cup of the ketchup.

    PRESS meat mixture into pan(s). I use 2 bread pans 9x3; or you can use one larger pan. Top with remaining ketchup. (I use ketchup, BBQ sauce, and 1 tsp brown sugar, mixed together.)

    BAKE at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

    I made this tonight and served, with it, baked potatoes with butter and cheese, and broccoli. Yum!!
