Marinated chicken that you grill. You can leave the breasts whole and serve four or slice and serve 6 to 8. Marinating time is 3 to 4 hours which is not included in prep and cook time. Please prepare to marinate your chicken!

Ingredients For martooni chicken

1/2 cchablis or other dry white wine

1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbspdry white vermouth

1 Tbspwhite wine worcestershire sauce

2 clovegarlic, crushed

1 1/2 tspcurry powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground ginger

4chicken breasts, skinned and boned
How To Make martooni chicken

1Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a medium bowl; stir well.

2Pour the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

3Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees F) about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done, basing occasionally with the marinade.
