Just wanted something different, digging through the cabinets and found I had 2 bottles of margarita mix so I thought oh heck why not, marinade it was

Ingredients For margarita chicken (kat's)

12chicken legs ( or your choice of peices)

1 1/2 cmargarita mix

2 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspginger ( grated)

3 Tbsplime juice ( concentrate)

1 1/8 tspkosher salt

1 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
- GLAZE( OPTIONAL)

2 Tbsphoney
-
2 Tbsplime juice ( concentrate)
How To Make margarita chicken (kat's)

1In a large ziploc bag add everything except chicken pieces and mix well, add chicken pieces and coat well, place in fridge for 4-6 hours if possible.

2Place in baking dish and bake 25 minutes or until done, the last 5 minutes mix the glaze and brush on chicken. This can be grilled also
