Ingredients For mango salsa

  • 1 lg
    mango, finely chopped
  • 1 md
    sweet red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 md
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 md
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mango salsa

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to mix and coat. Serve with grilled fish, chicken, or even the kids love this with tortilla chips :)

    Omit the Jalapeno if you prefer a mild salsa
