Ingredients For mango & crab stuffed chicken breasts

3/4 cshredded crab meat

1/2 cfinely chopped mango

1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspmayonnaise

1/4 cdiced green onions

1/2 tspdried rosemary
-
1/3 tspwhite pepper
-
1egg, beaten
-
1/2 cwhole wheat breadcrumbs

4boneless chicken breasts, flattened
How To Make mango & crab stuffed chicken breasts

1Combine crab with all ingredients except egg, breadcrumbs and chicken for filling.

2Spread on chicken and roll up jellyroll style. Dip each in egg and then gently roll in breadcrumbs to coat.

3Brown carefully in fry pan, place in shallow baking dish and bake until cooked through in a 350 deg. oven for about 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
