Lately, I've been shopping my pantry to come up with something different for dinner. This is one creation I managed to write down as I went along! I hope you enjoy it as much as hubby and I!

Ingredients For mamamarcie's pantry soup

  • 1 can
    fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can
    orignal ro*tel
  • 1 can
    black beans, drained
  • 1 can
    cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can
    mexi-corn
  • 1 c
    salsa (i used medium heat)
  • 1 sm
    bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 lb
    potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb
    chicken breast, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make mamamarcie's pantry soup

    Dump all ingredients into slow cooker.

    Cook on High setting for at least 4 hours.

    Serve with cornbread. Enjoy!
