2 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces

6 Tbspeach mirin and soy sauce

1 tspdark soy sauce

1/3 cbrown sugar

1 tspgrated ginger

3 clovegarlic minced

1 tspsesame oil

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspoil
How To Make mall chinese chicken

1Mix the mirin, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic sesame oil and cornstarch together. Pour over the chicken and marinate it in the fridge for 2 hours or longer.

2Heat a large pan and add the 2 tbsp of oil. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brown it in batches if needed. Cook until no longer pink.

3Pour in the marinade and bring to a boil to thicken it. Add the chicken in and mix well. Serve over rice or noodles.
