How To Make malaysian fried chicken

1Using a mortar and pestle pound the cilantro stems and extract the juice ringing them out with your hands.

2Combine the cilantro juice with the shrimp paste, sugar, egg white, sesame oil, cornstarch and flour. Add the chicken and coat well and let them marinate overnight.

3Heat oil to 350 degrees and deep fry until crispy. Transfer to 350 degrees oven and bake for 10 minutes to cook the chicken completely. Serve with sweet chili sauce
