Ingredients For maker's mark bourbon drunken noodles

  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    maker's mark bourbon
  • 1 Tbsp
    mirin
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • NOODLES
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 bunch
    scallion chopped white and dark green parts separated
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger grated
  • 1/2 bunch
    baby broccoli trimmed
  • 1 c
    shiitake mushroom sliced
  • 1 c
    baby bella mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 c
    maker's mark bourbon
  • 12 oz
    wide rice noodles

How To Make maker's mark bourbon drunken noodles

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

    Place the sesame oil in wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until brown. Add the white and light green parts of the scallion, ginger, baby broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir fry until mushrooms are browned and broccoli softened. Add the carrots and whiskey and cook until whiskey has evaporated. Add the sauce and noodles. Cook until everything is warmed through.
