1COOK MACARONI, THEN DRAIN. IN LGE. SKILLET, SAUTE BROC., PEPPER, ONION, CARROTS, GARLIC IN OIL, UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN CHICKEN, PEAS, BOUILLON, TARRAGON, LEMON PEPPER, REDUCE HEAT.

2IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO SKILLET MIXTURE, BRING TO BOIL & COOK AND STIR 2 MINS. OR UNTIL THICKENED

3REDUCE HEAT, ADD CHEESE & STIR UNTIL MELTED. SERVES 4
