Ingredients For low-fat, slow-cooked chicken romanoff

1/4 cchopped onion.

20 ozboneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 3/4"-pieces.

1/8 tspcayenne pepper.

112 oz container, low-fat cottage cheese.

1-1/2 clight sour cream
-
1/2 creduced-fat grated parmesan cheese.

2 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
2 cuncooked, no-yolk noodles.

1 cfrozen sweet peas, thawed.

2 Tbspchopped fresh chives.
How To Make low-fat, slow-cooked chicken romanoff

1Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Mix onion, chicken and cayenne pepper in cooker. In lg bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese and flour. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 5 hrs. Stir mix. Stir in noodles and peas. Increase heat to high. Cover, cook 30 min, or until noodles are tender. Top w/ chopped chives.
