How To Make low-fat chicken & apple salad sandwiches

1In medium bowl, stir together chicken, apple, and egg. Add yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir to combine. season w/ salt & pepper. At this point, you can either refrigerater fro 30 min, or spread chicken mix onto slices of bread, top w/ lettuce and then top w/ bread.
