Carbohydrate count: 30.5 and 4 servings = 7.6g each serving FYI: I have lost at this writing 105 lbs in 11 months. I eat low carb, however my husband eats normally which is why many of my recipes are not low carb. I have decided to start adding some of my low carb recipes as maybe some of you might be low carb too. This is one of the recipes my husband loves and usually he eats 3/4 of it!

Ingredients For low carb chicken and broccoli cassarole

4cooked chicken breasts

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 pkgfrozen broccoli, cooked until just tender

1 tsplemon juice

2 cgrated cheese
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
8pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
How To Make low carb chicken and broccoli cassarole

1Mix together soup, salt, pepper, lemon juice, 1 cup grated cheese and butter

2Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces

3Layer chicken and broccoli in baking dish

4Add sauce. Top with bacon crumbles and bake at 350F for 30 minutes

5Add remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts
