1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 lgonion, sliced

3 tspminced garlic

2 Tbsporganic honey

1/4 cdijon mustard

1 Tbspcoarse-grain mustard

2 tsptomato paste

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 pinchcayenne pepper

2sliced green onions
How To Make low-cal slow-cooker honey-mustard chicken

1Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom of cooker.

2In lg bowl, mix all other ingredients along w/ 1/2 cup water. Leave green onions for garnish.

3Cover, cook on low for 7 hrs, stirring occasionally. Garnish w/ green onions.
