2chickens, breasts, thighs and drumsticks from both

8 ozmushrooms, sauteed

6potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

10.75 ozbeef bouillon, canned

1 cwater

2 Tbspflour

4 Tbspbutter

6carrots, peeled and quartered

How To Make lone star chicken casserole

1Mix flour, salt, pepper and ginger and dredge chicken pieces in the seasoned flour.

2Brown the floured chicken in a skillet with 4 tablespoons of melted butter; remove pieces when brown and save the drippings.

3Put chicken pieces in a large casserole; add flour to the drippings, making a paste.

4Stir in water, beef bouillon, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and whole onions.

5Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

6Add potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms; bake 35 minutes more.

7Add peas and bake 10 minutes longer.
