4-6 mdchicken breast halves bone in and skin on

1 stickbutter or margerine

1 1/2 cflour, plain

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tsppaprika
- SAUCE

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 csalad oil
-
1/2 clemon juice
-
2 Tbspminced onions

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 - 1 tspthyme, dried
How To Make lemon thyme garlic chicken

1Make sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients and shaking very well to blend.

2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter on low heat and pour in 10X13 baking dish.

3Dip chicken in flour mixed with salt, pepper and paprika.

4Place chicken in melted butter turning to coat. Bake for 30 minutes with skin side down.

5Turn chicken and pour well shaken and blended sauce over top of all pieces. Cook for another 30 minutes or until no pink in middle.
