Ingredients For lemon oregano chicken

4chicken breasts, whole (bone in)

1/3 colive oil, extra virgin
-
1/4 cfresh lemon juice
-
2 1/4 tsporegano, dried

2garlic cloves, minced

salt and pepper
How To Make lemon oregano chicken

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Season well with salt and pepper.
Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. -
2Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl.
Pour over chicken breasts. -
3Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
While chicken is baking, every 15-20 minutes, spoon some of the lemon oregano mixture over each breast.
