How To Make lemon garlic cilantro chicken thighs

1in a large bowl, place the smashed garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper and the rind of the lemon.

2place chicken thighs and coat well, marinade about 30 mins.

3In a skillet, skin side down on medium heat about 5 mins, till skin is browned, turn the pieces over and continue cooking about 20 mins, till done....squeeze the lemon juice it will make a delicious light sauce with all the other flavors combined.
