Ingredients For lazy chicken

8 slicefrozen skinless/boneless chicken breast (salted and peppered and granulated garlic or power (use whatever spices you want to)

1sweet large onion

1large bell pepper
-
3 Tbspolive oil (more if needed)

1cream of mushroom soup
-
1can of mushrooms (any size-depends on how much you like mushrooms)

1/2can milk
-
1garlic if desired (fresh or in the jar)
How To Make lazy chicken

1USE A LARGE FRYING PAN (WROUGHT IRON OR TEFLON) PUT OLIVER OIL INTO PAN AND BRING UP TO A MEDIUM HEAT AND PUT THE FROZEN CHICKEN SLICES IN AND BROWN GOOD ON EACH SIDE.

2TAKE CHICKEN OUT AND IN SAME PAN (SHOULD BE A LITTLE BIT OF OIL LEFT)ADD ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS. SAUTE FOR A FEW MINUTES ( 3-4)PUT CHICKEN BACK INTO PAN AND ARRANGE VEGS ON TOP SPREAD OUT. MIX MILK WITH MUSHROOM SOUP AND POUR OVER CHICKEN AND VEG. LET SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON A LOW HEAT.

3SERVED OVER RICE, MASHED POTATOES OR TOAST OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO SERVE IT ON.

4SOMETIMES I ALSO PUT IN THE FROZEN ORIENTAL MIXED VEGETABLES ALONG WITH THE ONIONS,PEPPERS, ETC. JUST ADDS MORE VEGEGABLES.

5YOU CAN DO THIS WITH ANY KIND OF MEAT!!! EVEN LEFT OVER STEAK, PORKCHOPS. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY LEFT OVER STEAK!!!!! (LOL)
