This is a classic recipe my mom always used to make with left-over turkey from Thanksgiving! Can also be used with Chicken of course. Enjoy!

Ingredients For lattice topped turkey pie

2 cchopped, cooked chicken or turkey

10 ozpkg. frozen english peas

1 c(4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cdiced celery
-
1/2 csoft breadcrumbs

1/4 cchopped onion

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 cmayonnaise

3 dashhot sauce (optional)

8 ozcan crescent dinner rolls

2 tspsesame seeds
How To Make lattice topped turkey pie

1Combine first 10 ingredients; Mix well. Spoon into a 12x8x2 inch baking dish.

2Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforation to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3Bake at 350* for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
