The wonderful thing about this recipe is you can alter the ingredients to suit your families taste. I found it on a recipe site and they used wonton wrappers instead of noodles. Make up an extra pan, put them in a freezer bag and you have another meal waiting!

Ingredients For lasagna cups

  • 6
    lasagna noodles
  • 1 c
    chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 24 Tbsp
    marinara sauce
  • 12 tsp
    ricotta cheese
  • 4
    mushrooms, sliced and sauted
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make lasagna cups

    Break lasagna noodles in half. Boil according to directions. Spray cupcake pan with cooking spray. When noodles are done rinse with cold water, place one in each cup. Trimming if necessary. I sprayed a little cooking spray on the noodle that was left sticking up.

    Add 1 T. marinara sauce, 1 rounded tsp. ricotta cheese, chopped cooked chicken, sauted mushroom slice, shredded mozzarella. Drizzle a sm. amount of marinara over the top.

    Bake at 375 degrees until done.Watch that you don't overbrown-just sizzling. Very important to let it set up as you would lasagna before serving.
