1/2 choney or maltose

2 Tbspeach soy sauce and salt
How To Make lacquered roasted chicken

1Place the chicken on a rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Mix the honey and soy sauce together and with a brush coat the chicken with the mixture. Let sit for 15 minutes then coat again and sprinkle with salt.

2Let sit uncovered in fridge for at least 12 hours or up to 2 days.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until internal temp. of 165 degrees. Let sit 20 minutes before carving
