Ingredients For korean sweet, spicy & sticky wings

3 lbchicken wings, disjointed**i like to keep the wing tips on**
-
salt for sprinkling on chicken
- SWEET, STICKY, SPICY SAUCE
-
1/4 csoy sauce, dark
-
2 Tbsppalm sugar or brown sugar, heaping
-
1/4 choney
-
1/4 csherry
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbsprice vinegar
-
1-2 Tbspkorean chili paste**add more if you wish**

2 tspsesame oil
-
1 Tbspcanola oil
-
4-5 lggarlic, chopped
-
ginger, minced**1 inch**

2 Tbspchopped green onion **garnish**

1 Tbspsesame seeds, toatsed**garnish**
How To Make korean sweet, spicy & sticky wings

1heat your deep fryer to 350 degrees. salt the chicken wings. deep fry the chicken wings for 12-15 minutes oruntil chicken is done. remove and allow chicken to drain on paper towerls. meanwhile, add all the sauce ingredients to a large pan. bring to a low boil. reduce the heat to a simmer. add chicken wings to the sauce. continue to simmer for 5-8 additional minutes. make sure that all the wings are covered with the sauce. place wings on a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. ENJOY!
