How To Make korean inspired chicken wings

1mix the egg whites, baking soda, and salt together. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat. Place a wired rack over a baking sheet and place the wings in a single layer on the sheet and let sit for 2 hours at room temp to dry out.

2Meanwhile mix all the sauce ingredients except sesame seeds and scallion together in a small saucepan cook until thickened and reduced a bit. Stir in the sesame seeds.

3Deep fry the wings in batches at 375 degrees until golden brown about 4 to 5 minutes. Place in sauce and coat well. Sprinkle with scallions
