This is actually a recipe that I have been making for the past 10 years and it has to be the easiest!!!

Ingredients For korean chicken

1 bagfrozen boneless chicken breasts
-
1 bottlesoy sauce (10 oz)
-
2 cbrown sugar
-
1 1/4 tspginger powder
-
1 Tbspcloves
-
1 pkgbaby carrots
-
1red onion
-
8small red potatoes
-
1 pkgsliced portobella mushrooms
-
6 cwater, cold
How To Make korean chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine Water, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Cloves, and Ginger in roaster and stir until most of brown sugar is dissolved.

3Remove frozen Chicken Breasts from bag and put in roaster.

4Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, and Mushrooms.

5Cook at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
